I'm writing to share some feedback with you and your company. I have a business that requires me to help elderly people or anyone in need of downsizing their homes. Having reliable movers is a necessity for me to be successful in helping them. Nowadays, finding reliable, honest, reasonably priced, and English-speaking help can be hard and I have had some very bad experiences, unfortunately.

Luckily, for me, those days are over since I found your company. My experience with Ambrose has been nothing but professional and you don't know how much I appreciate that. It started with my phone call to you where you answered my 100 questions and remained pleasant and happy during this lengthy conversation. I'm sure that I also emailed you many questions too and called many more times. Thank you for being patient with me.

Moving day: Not only were the guys (all 3) on time but each one introduced themselves with a smile and told me how long they worked for the company. I knew then it was going to be a great day. I can’t tell you how happy I was with this type of humor and professionalism. That set the tone for a really great day.

I really believe the guys care about their job and really want to help people. I say this because as they moved each piece of furniture and if they found damage, or a missing or broken piece, they would bring this to my attention. This was important because I was making decisions to sell the furniture or to donate it on the spot. This was a huge help. They also would individually wrap all items and this isn’t something that every moving company does anymore.

I want to thank you and your team for making my life very easy for one day. Your guys were reliable, professional, speedy, kind, happy and very experienced. Please share with the guys and thank them again for me.

I just wanted to drop a note from my experience I had last week moving. Frank, Tom, Vinny were extremely courteous, professional and respectful employees! They took great care in moving my family’s belongings as if it was their own. They really took the stress out of moving and packed the 1 truck as tight as possible leaving a very small amount behind that I was able to handle. Frank & Vinny in particular were very friendly and patient moving into the new place. I would recommend these hard-working guys to anyone in need of movers.
